I finally got a response from Ministry of Defence from my letter to Rachel Reeves & John Healey on the impact of the VAT imposition on Service Families and their children in Independent Schools.
Mostly boilerplate but bottom line is Service families will be left paying the incremental portion of the VAT changes to Continuity of Education Allowance.
Not just a tautological tax but one which still hurts families.
